Gestion Le Monde is a family operation, in Montréal real estate for more than thirty years. Everything we rent out is ours, which changes how it feels to be our tenant.

Three companies, one standard

Construction
Our own construction company renovates and improves the buildings. When a kitchen is redone, it's our crew doing it, to a standard we have to live with for decades.

Management
Our management company runs the day-to-day: leasing, rent, maintenance and tenant service. Same family, same phone number.

Our apartments
Around thirty apartments across Montréal that we own outright. Not hundreds. Enough to run properly, few enough to know every building and every tenant.
We do not manage buildings for other owners. If you rent from us, you rent from us.
