Renting from us is deliberately simple. Six steps, most of them ours to do, and you always know where you stand.
Browse
Every available home is on this site with real photos, the rent, what's included and when it's free. What you see is what is actually available.
Visit
Pick a time in our online calendar or call us. You'll be shown around by someone from the family, not a broker with a key.
Apply
A five-minute online form: who you are, where you work, when you want to move. No documents and nothing sensitive at this stage.
Screening
The formal application is completed with our team and verified through the Centre de Pré-location du Québec, an established Québec screening service. It usually takes a few days.
Lease
We sign the standard Québec lease and walk you through exactly what's included, so there are no surprises in month three.
Move in
Keys, a clean apartment, and one phone number for anything that ever needs fixing. Welcome home.
